Hearing loss can be stigmatizing for patients and their families, but as someone with hearing loss myself, I am looking to reduce the stigma and empower my patients.<\/p>\n<h3>Education:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>(Doctorate in Audiology) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln<\/li>\n<li>S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Professional Organizations:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Member, American Speech-Language and Hearing Association<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Personel:<\/h3>\n<p>My main clinical interests include vestibular testing, cochlear implants and working with all ages. I received extensive experience in hearing aids, cochlear implants, bone-anchored hearing aids, vestibular testing and electrophysiological testing on a wide age range of patients during my externship year at Iowa Ear Center in Des Moines, Iowa.
